Range Inc. (RANGE) stands behind the quality of the products 
provided on this site and will Exchange all product found to have 
manufacturing or production defects.  All logo apparel & merchandise
 is custom manufactured upon order.  Due to this production method ALL 
sales are final, no Returns or Refunds are accepted for any reason other
 than the following: Exchanges are excepted for defects, production 
related error or shipping errors, at Range’s discretion.  
Be
 sure to verify your size on each apparel item you purchase with the 
size charts provided for that garment on the site.  Exchanges for 
incorrect sizes are not accepted.
How To Exchange An Item
Full
 Exchanges are available for any product/s due to manufacture or 
production defect in the product or decoration, all return shipping 
costs are covered by RANGE, with all pre-approved Exchange Authorization
 # (EA#), provided by RANGE.   RANGE will provide a paid Return Shipping
 label once the RMA request is approved.  You must notify Range of a 
request for exchange within 20 days after shipment date of your 
purchase. 
- Please submit your request for Exchange using the 
form provided on this web page, and RANGE will provide a Exchange 
Authorization # & Return Shipping Label.
- Please include the following information on the Contact Us form:- Your Full Name 
- Your Email Address
- Your Contact Phone Number
- The original order number.
- The name/s and item number/s of the product you would like to exchange.
- A brief description of the reason for the Exchange.
 
- Your
 request will be reviewed, and once approved, via email, an Exchange 
Authorization # will be provided to you along with a method for shipping
 the defective product/s back to RANGE. Standard shipping methods of UPS
 and USPS are used for returning shipments; you may be required to 
deliver the shipment to a drop off location for the shipment.  Note: You
 may be required to provide digital photos, via email of the defect or 
flaw at RANGE’s discretion.
- You must include, in the returning 
package a signed letter stating the reason for your Exchange, be sure to
 include the EA# provided and a copy of the original receipt, to 
expedite your request. 
Your RMA merchandise will be examined and once the defect has been identified a new replacement product will be sent to you. 
(Please
 note if no defect can be identified in the product you will be 
contacted by a support representative to review the Exchange.)
RANGE
 has selected and approved all products provided on this site.  Size 
charts are provided for all apparel products to assist you with 
selecting the proper size.  No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds will be 
approved for sizing related issues.
